Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Please note: free shipping does not apply to products offered entirely for free, such as promotional giveaways.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to South Africa may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and customs clearance fees imposed by South African authorities.
These charges:

Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means Nuvita Care does not collect or prepay import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees. Any such charges must be paid by the recipient upon or after delivery.
Nuvita Care has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary, so we recommend contacting South African Revenue Service (SARS) or your local customs office for more information.
