Not satisfied with your order?

We're truly sorry to hear that — and we’d love the chance to make things right.

At Nuvita Care, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once we’ve received and checked the returned item, we’ll refund the full purchase price to your bank account within 5 business days.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer support

Send an email to support@nuvitacare.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Step 2: Send the products back

Return the item(s) to the address we provide, along with the completed return form. Be sure to include a tracking code (Track & Trace) for your shipment.

Please note:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid issues.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once we’ve received and inspected the package, we’ll process your refund and ensure the funds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.


Important Notes:

  • Hygienic products are non-refundable.
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

    • Personal care products (e.g. skincare, hair removal tools, face masks, etc.)

    • Health & wellness items

    • Medical devices

    • Personal socks


    • Dentures
    • Underwear or intimate items

    • Electronic device

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact.



Order Cancellations

  • Credit Card Payments (Amex, Visa, Mastercard): Orders placed with a credit card cannot be cancelled once confirmed. This includes any additional upsell items purchased. If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order will already be processed and shipped, and we cannot reverse it.

  • PayPal Payments: If you paid with PayPal, order and upsell cancellations are possible, but you must email us with your reason order to request the cancellation.

    Failed Delivery, Uncollected Parcels & Missing

     Information Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details (full address, postal code, and contact information) are complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

    If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, non-collection, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to respond to courier or customer service communication, Nuvita Care is not liable for undelivered or returned parcels.

    Parcels must be received or collected within the time frame specified by the courier (typically 5–7 working days depending on the carrier). Failure to collect a parcel, being unavailable during delivery attempts, or not responding to courier notifications is considered failure to participate in the delivery process.

    Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 2008 of South Africa, once goods have been dispatched and made available for delivery or collection, Nuvita Care has fulfilled its delivery obligation. Customers are expected to receive or collect their parcel within the courier’s stipulated deadline.

    Uncollected parcels are not considered valid returns unless the customer has formally exercised their cooling-off right within 5 business days (where applicable under the CPA for direct marketing transactions).

    Parcels returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing information may be subject to return handling and reshipment fees.

    If a customer fails to respond to communication attempts and subsequently files a chargeback, Nuvita Care reserves the right to provide proof of dispatch, delivery confirmation, courier tracking logs, and prior communication records to demonstrate that the order was processed and fulfilled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 2008.
