We're truly sorry to hear that — and we’d love the chance to make things right.
At Nuvita Care, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once we’ve received and checked the returned item, we’ll refund the full purchase price to your bank account within 5 business days.
Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer support
Send an email to support@nuvitacare.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Step 2: Send the products back
Return the item(s) to the address we provide, along with the completed return form. Be sure to include a tracking code (Track & Trace) for your shipment.
Please note:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid issues.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we’ve received and inspected the package, we’ll process your refund and ensure the funds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Important Notes:

Hygienic products are non-refundable.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:-
Personal care products (e.g. skincare, hair removal tools, face masks, etc.)

Medical devices

Underwear or intimate items

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
