National orders normally arrive in 12–19 business days. A limited June/July batch was routed via an alternate carrier and may take 45–60 days. Those parcels are still in transit and will be delivered—see the special notice in your inbox for details.

Carriers sometimes pause updates during the middle leg of the journey. As soon as the parcel reaches the local depot, scans resume. If no scan appears after 7 days, contact support and we’ll investigate or ship a replacement.
